In this K-12 SEL Program, you will:
ADULT SEL ASSESSMENT & TRAINING
Self-assess Adult SEL skills and mindsets to determine what areas to reaffirm and which to reinvent.
Strengthen Adult SEL skills, mindsets, and well-being to more effectively teach, model, and shape the SEL competencies in youth.
Build stakeholder SEL Awareness and buy-in to embed social-emotional learning in the natural environment.
Choose from a variety of Plug-and-Play professional development trainings to support school-wide SEL.
This course is specifically designed to cultivate leaders in SEL to ensure all youth succeed.
SHAPE STUDENT SOCIAL BEHAVIOR:
Create a kid-friendly common language with TWENTY 2D PLUG-AND-PLAY KID VIDEOS to watch with students during morning meetings, SEL blocks, and advisory classes. Provide student feedback and shape social behavior in the natural learning environment. Each lesson teaches a specific strategy, everyday language to implement, and activities to embed into the learning environment.
SUPPORT WELL-BEING OF STAFF & STUDENTS:
Support mindfulness in staff and students to encourage resilience, grit, gratitude, self-care, and a growth mindset.
ONLINE COMMUNITY
Access a private Facebook group where participants are invited to collaborate in an online community with other educators across the nation. Members can use the platform to share their own ideas, tips, strategies, and stories with one another.
Members can submit their questions via the training portal to access individualized support from certified SEL experts and educators.
ON-DEMAND WEB-BASED ACCESS
Access training anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
This web-based training allows members to engage in the training in their space and time, and in ways that best fit their individual needs.

COURSE: SEL AWARENESS INTO ACTION
This course is geared at raising your SEL intentions and practices to embed into all learning environments across the entire school community. Each lesson in modules 1-4 can be adapted for a 30-90 minute faculty or PLC meeting. The whole module could be completed in an in-service professional development day.
Each instructional video is an average of 6-8 minutes and is coupled with a mini-engagement lesson found in your School Edition Guidebook to cement the learning.
